Wolfman 1941 WIP 1

 Added additional references for work on model for anatomy as well as beginning reference for clothing for later on in the pipeline.



Continued on Zbrush Zsphere model. Began modeling areas into general shapes with clay brush and smoothing. Main focus is getting anatomy correct. Need to rework feet, might have to make new Zsphere and replace them. Afterwards moving on to muscle definition.

  “Even a man who is pure in heart, and says his prayers by night; May become a wolf when the wolfbane blooms and the autumn moon is bright.” The Wolf Man is a 1941 American horror film written by Curt Siodmak and produced and directed by George Waggner. The character casts a great deal of influence on Hollywood's depictions of the legend of the werewolf. In the film, Talbot buys a silver cane decorated with a wolf in a local antique shop. He later uses that walking stick to fend off an attack by a wolf. Though the animal is killed, it bites Talbot during the struggle. Through his bite he passes on to Talbot the curse of lycanthropy, and Talbot later transforms into a werewolf. My interpretation of the character is something of a blend of the version portrayed in the movie, and that of a werewolf more expected of the modern day.
